My goals:

1. Train for and compete half ironman in Lake Geneva in September

2. Volunteer at new church in NC at least once per week by the end of the year.

3. Finish thesis/program by end of year

4. Apply for Ph.D program in NC by end of year

5. Join/Be active in Bible Study in NC

6. Make an effort not to let negativity be part of my life...try to look at the glass half full in situations in stead of half empty...then see what I come up with

·      Workout 5 times per week (graph on calendar)

·      Eat Healthy – lose & graph weight loss (40# EOY)

Family & Friends

·      Luncheon with family  February/April and July

·      Get together w/Becky Malone before 8/30/2010

ORGANIZE (Yo Mamma – I need to work on this one)

·      Monday:  Makeover Day: Sew something/craft something/write a poem

·      Tuesday:  Toomey Touch Up Day:  Work on a scrapbook or photo album….add at least 2 pages

·      Wednesday:  Write Day:  Write my Mom every Wednesday

·      Thursday:  Toomey Trash Day:  Empty a drawer or basement box every Thursday.

·      Friday:  File Bill  Day:  File bills & important papers/organize filing system

·      Saturday:  Sort & Store:  Items to donate or throw out

·      Sunday:  Sleep In:  Read 2 chapters in a book

Spiritual

·      Read Book of Psalms by 7/31/2010

·      Study Indian Spirituality – read 3 books EOY

JOB

·      Send 5 resume’s per week

·      Talk to 2 people per day regarding a job

·      Keep Linked in page up to date and use to find job- update every Monday.
